Skye not only lends her expertise and talents to Simmons Group, Skye is Owner and Consultant of her own business HR Development & Innovation.

Skye is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Native American Human Resources Association (THRP) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management in addition to an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies.
