A proven Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience, Michele possesses a broad wealth of knowledge in a variety of industries throughout the globe, including both public and private and profit and not-for-profit companies. Her strengths include outstanding strategic, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, which have been key in her demonstrated consistent strong leadership and sound judgment.
One of Michele’s greatest strengths is the fact that she is consistently viewed as being a trusted business partner to all levels within an organization. Whether it be senior management or staff, Michele is known by all as being fair, honest, and the person who will ensure that the job gets done, correctly and on time.
Some of Michele’s career highlights have included working in organizations with aggressive growth goals and playing a key role in the achievement of those goals, extensive experience working through challenging employee relations issues with diverse work groups, creating standardized practices, policies and procedures, and the development of training and development programs.
As a global HR leader, one of Michele’s greatest passions and successes has been building and developing the Human Resources teams she has led and watching those whom she has mentored grow both personally as well as professionally.
Michele has a BA in psychology with a minor in business from Cal State Long Beach.
