Maggie has more than 15 years of experience developing individuals and teams. As a former partner at an advertising agency, she is familiar with fast-paced, demanding organizations that thrive when individuals and teams are performing at their peak. Maggie is a strong believer that the most productive workplaces are made up of people who are able to do what they do best every day and environments that embrace differences. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach, Maggie works with her clients to identify talents and advance strengths.
Prior to coaching full-time, Maggie implemented Gallup’s CliftonStrengths within her organization, resulting in being named one of the “Top 50 Ad Agencies” in which to work in the U.S. by Ad Age Magazine, the leading agency trade publication.
Maggie has a natural ability to connect with her clients and to maximize their potential. She works with people to truly understand where they are, where they want to go and how to manage through the obstacles to get there. And she helps them develop solid strategies for continued success.
She has coached individuals at a variety of levels within growing organizations specifically, non-profits, marketing agencies and the manufacturing industry.
Maggie earned her B.A in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In addition to her professional success, Maggie’s greatest accomplishment is raising a strong, independent daughter who graduated from the University of Kentucky. She enjoys traveling with her daughter, yoga, hiking and is a voracious reader.
