Jenn is a seasoned HR leader with 25+ years of experience and a proven track record of building strong people operations across diverse industries — including Construction, Hospitality, Casino/Gaming, CPG, Retail & Restaurant, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Call Centers.
For the past 13 years, she has served as Head of HR, often expanding her leadership to include Payroll, Risk Management, Safety, Loss Prevention, DOT compliance, and Workers’ Compensation. She has led more than 30 acquisitions — including one with 500+ employees — and she has successfully led over 5 full-scale HRIS and payroll system implementations from the ground up.
She has a unique hands-on approach, a deep operational understanding, and the ability to align HR and business goals in fast-moving environments. She is passionate about building strong teams, navigating change, and creating compliant, people-focused workplaces.
