As a consulting company with such extensive opening experience, we can help clients achieve their intended outcomes and provide recommendations to avoid pitfalls that we can anticipate based on our experience.  The Simmons Group works closely with and at the direction of the senior leadership team.  We can help anticipate opportunities in order to leverage those for the greatest benefit to the organization and offer solutions to challenges that will inevitably arise.  We are “boots on the ground”, solutions driven and have the years of experience to add significant value during the crucial period of pre-opening.  We can take the role of the HR Executive until one is hired, or we can be the most valuable team members to the existing HR professional(s) in taking action and accomplishing the outcomes necessary for success.
