Amy has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of human resources, organizational development and training. Having worked for broad ranges of organizations including a Fortune 500 Company with over 70,000 employees as well as specialized private practice consulting firms. In these capacities Amy’s responsibilities included a broad range of expertise including talent management, human resources, employee training and development, management and supervisory training, strategic planning, change management and large-scale communication initiatives.
Amy’s experience encompassed establishing international offices, developing and leading enterprise wide initiatives including rapid property expansion, data system transitions, centralizations as well as managing operational transformations and talent development.
In addition to her experience in corporate environments, Amy spent two years in Canada where she partnered with non-profit organizations and the University of Calgary to deliver and measure the effectiveness of leadership development programing for the Calgary Board of Education.
In pursuit of her own academic goals, Amy holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas as well as a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University.
Amy is a lover of chips and spicy salsa and spending as much time as possible running, hiking and being outside. Family is what drives her, and the true loves of her life are her husband and two boys.
