Personalized Business Coaching can have many different meanings. The Simmons Group process, for every coaching relationship, is actually very simple. Identify “Quarter Turns” that will allow each individual to improve quality and productivity in business and that other often neglected arena - life. In Quarter Turns, we are referring to little subtle shifts in the way we have always done things that will give us better results than that which we currently experience.

Sounds simple, but nothing could be further from the truth. The “Unlearning” of a habit we have created is probably the most difficult challenge that we all face as human beings. If you think about it, we are all just a product of our current habits, and every outcome that we receive in business and in life is simply a by-product of those habits. Are you willing to look at those behaviors with an honest lens and allow yourself the opportunity to experience something different?

The Simmons Group goal, as a Coach, is not to change the way you run your business or your life, but rather to help you identify strategies that can make both your business and your life better than you ever imagined. You are already successful in your chosen field, or you would not be reading this. This coaching program is designed to help you identify and conquer limiting attitudes and beliefs, create a balance between your personal and professional goals, and focus in on your most productive behaviors. During this process, you will develop one of the most challenging skills of letting go of old habits and creating newer productive habits that are more in-line with your current business and life goals.

Think about it, if you went out and bought yourself a brand new state of the art computer, you would not even consider installing an old out-dated software system. Yet most of us are living and working with the same old operating system we have used for years, wondering why we are not getting the results we want. Are you ready to upgrade?

The Program Outline is as follows:

  • Initial face to face consult if schedules permit, after which either party may choose to opt out.
  • Phone conference with direct supervisor and/or other relevant individuals as appropriate.
  • Program requires a 90 day minimum commitment,
  • Scheduled weekly/bi-weekly coaching calls 30-60 minutes.
  • All participants are expected to contact coach at scheduled dates and times.
  • Unlimited email access to Coach.
  • (911) calls for all candidates.
  • Face to face conversations are encourages as schedules permit during the coaching period.
  • Direct Supervisors are informed as to the participant’s progress; however all coaching conversations are held in the strictest confidence to ensure the integrity of the relationship.
